Therapy needs to be a safe place that allows individuals to become set free from the baggage of the past, so that we can experience healthy exercise of our freedom of choice and the ability to evaluate our choices to reduce internal conflicts and work toward serenity.

Issues with parenting, being parented, school, work, social relationships. Symptoms such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, spiritual abuse and other symptoms that prevent us from becoming the whole human beings we were intended to be.
