Dr. Peterson has been a therapist since 1988. He is licensed as both a Psychologist and Marriage and Family Therapist and has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Dr. Peterson has worked in a variety of treatment settings including emergency shelter homes for abused and neglected children, residential treatment centers for severely emotionally disturbed adolescents, as the clinical director of a treatment center for children in foster care, and a therapist in private practice.
