Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Is everyday getting harder and harder for you to wake up? Are you or your partner waking up on the wrong side of the bed almost every morning? There could be several reasons why you can’t get a good night’s rest. It might be issues at work, at home or past negative experiences that keep you up at night. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, healing from past traumas, anger management, childhood disorders such as ADHD and social skill problems. I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents both in the context of individual therapy and family therapy. Whatever is at the core of your problem everyone needs a guide to help them find their right path. My philosophy is to work as that guide to help you uncover your own solutions and get back to living a satisfying and fulfilling life for both you and your family.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Carlsbad, CA

I provide a therapeutic environment that allows individuals and couples to explore ideas, beliefs, life experiences, thoughts and feelings that may stand in the way of being who you truly want to be. I can help point out repeating dysfunctional patterns that may exsist in relationships at home, at work and with friends and family.I teach people how to respond in their lives versus getting caught in reacting to personalities and events.
