Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Our relationships with family members, friends, and co-workers - while potentially a source of much joy, can often be painful and volatile. I work with adults, teens, and children who are interested in raising their awareness about the barriers blocking connection and repeating patterns that lead to isolation, depression and/or self-destructive behavior. Together we break down barriers, helping build the strength and skills needed to move forward more confidently.
