Personal Statement:
Life is full of challenges and struggles that can sometimes leave us searching for answers, feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, anxious, depressed, or even ill. Our general well-being can be profoundly affected and often times, our most important relationships also suffer. I can be of guidance and support for you, your family, or a loved one during difficult times or life transitions. Working collaboratively, we can learn effective coping skills, discover new perspectives, and gain a greater sense of hope, aliveness, and freedom. I work with with a variety of individuals, couples, and families which include children, teens, parents, young adults, and adults. I specialize in treating issues related to parent and child/teen relationships, depressions, anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), addictions, grief and loss, and life transitions. I emphasize a collaborative approach and so your input, engagement, and goals are important to the therapeutic process. I hope to sensitively and compassionately support and challenge you as you engage in your unique process of growth, discovery, and change.
