Personal Statement:
I am a Marriage and Family therapist with extensive training and experience working with couples, individuals, children and families, (Including groups with both adults and children). Relationships can be complicated by communication problems, addictions, grief, PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, life transitions, even loneliness. Your relationships may not be as you would like them to be. You may have an idea of how you want your life or relationships to be and they are not. Maybe you do not know yet how you want your life to be. You may just know that you are not happy with the way things are now. We will work togethet in a caring, non-judgmental way to explore the best options for you. The choice to do therapy is an important one, and I will be there with you every step of the way. It is important to know yourself and your relationships in order to begin the healing process no matter what the issue. It is important to have useful tools and skills that can give you some relief. I will be with you on the journey you need to take, every step of the way offerimg support, education and guidance. My commitment is to get you back to feeling yourself again.
