Personal Statement:
Therapy is about taking steps toward changing your life for the better. I offer psychotherapy for individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, as well counseling for couples who are seeking a more harmonious, rewarding relationship. Life's challenges, especially during these difficult times, can create a lot of stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship conflict. I hope that the information you find here will encourage you to take those first steps forward toward a better future. This is your life. Your personal well-being really matters. The best thing you can do for yourself and those you love is to simply be the best, healthiest person that you can be. Therapy is about taking care of yourself and those you share your life with.
