Personal Statement:
My specialties include Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, and Grief & Loss. I help clients learn to manage their anxiety better so they can enjoy life more. If anxiety is reducing your quality of life, please know there is help available. I offer clinically proven tools and techniques to help clients self-regulate and take control of their anxious minds. I have 20 years experience in working with Grief and Loss and offer compassionate support and understanding to those grieving a loss due to death, suicide, divorce or other significant life events. I am a Certified Bereavement Facilitator through the American Academy of Bereavement. I also help adults overcome the challenges presented from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD). I coach clients to identify and build on their strengths and create strategies to compensate for their challenges. I offer parents tools to help effectively raise a child with ADHD. I have facilitated court approved Parenting Workshops. I see adults, couples and families in my private practice.
