About My Practice

Office Hours
T/W/F 9:00AM-9:00PM SAT 9AM- 5PM
In-Office, In-Home, & Teletherapy offered. My passion is to provide you with a nurturing place when you are ready to make changes in your life. I truly believe that lasting, lifelong change is created through a trustful relationship with another person. In our sessions together, you will feel understood and encouraged while we explore what lies beneath the initial symptoms that you are experiencing. My experience lies in counseling individuals, families and couples that are looking to work out issues with depression, anxiety, relationships, trauma, and grief. I am skilled in determining your urgent needs and incorporating scientifically proven therapeutic techniques like mindfulness. As a clinician, I have developed an affinity for numerous individuals. To name a few, I have grown to enjoy witnessing families and couples sort out relationship issues and watch their love grow. I also have a fondness for teenagers & young adults who are experiencing the 'ups-n-downs' of the adolescent journey. Coming from a multicultural background, myself, I admire those from intercultural, LGBTQ+, and artistic backgrounds. Oftentimes, illness or environmental factors may prevent counseling from being attained in-office. Therefore, both in-home and phone counseling are available to anyone within the greater Los Angeles area. Visit me at

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

My therapeutic style is non-judgmental, supportive, and interactive. My work is based on establishing a safe environment where trust can grow. I view symptoms as a way to call attention to unrecognized needs and unexpressed feelings. The goals of treatment include; learning to identify and express emotions, learning to set appropriate boundaries, developing skills such as self-soothing and impluse control and improving self-esteem.
