Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I offer therapy for adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. My goal is to provide a warm, understanding, and nonjudgmental environment where I can partner with you to find solutions. I use a straight forward, practical and solution-focused approach to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life now.

My areas of specialty are: anxiety, depression, relationship issues/family conflict, behavioral issues, school difficulties, stress management, personal growth, self-esteem, adjustment to various life stressors including divorce, and grief/loss, parenting issues and step-parenting/blended family issues, panic disorders, and help with transition to adulthood for adolescents/young adults.

If you’re looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you’re just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. Please call or email me for a consultation today.
