As an experienced clinician and Certified Gottman Therapist, I would be honored to assist you in clarifying the issues you are facing, to work with you in developing tools to strengthen your relationship, and guide you in becoming your best self. In working with adults and couples of all ages and walks of life, I bring a well rounded perspective in assisting my clients develop a better relationship with themselves and the significant people in their lives. My practice is focused upon individual and relationship issues, life transitions, losses, depression and anxiety concerns. As a Certified Gottman Therapist, I uniquely bring to the Central a valley the research based tools that can enhance or restore the relationship you desire.
