Personal Statement:
I specialize in marriage & family therapy, and pre-marital counseling as well. I address Issues that are centered on communication, conflict resolution, parenting skills & child development. Topics in Individual therapy include anxiety/depression, self awareness and growth, stress-management and anger-management . My desire is to offer encouragement and support as I help individuals recognize where they are, what their issues are and how to attain the goals they aspire. You will be given specific tools and techniques to help you immediately begin the process for improving communication, reducing stress levels and diffusing relationship and family conflicts. I love working with individuals and couples. I also have experience counseling in elementary & middle schools in which I provided individual & group counseling to students who needed support in the areas of, social skills, grief & loss, divorce, anger-management and coping & communication skills with their parents and other peers.
