Personal Statement:
I enjoy working with clients struggling with the challenges of interpersonal relationships and with all who hold a unique perspective on life!

Prior to pursuing psychotherapy, I worked for 15 years as a producer and executive in the entertainment industry and therefore have a unique ability to understand issues that creative talent encounter. I continue my passion for the creative arts by working with artists of all kinds in the therapeutic environment

I have provided psychotherapy in various settings including: Domestic Violence Solutions of Santa Barbara County, Goleta Valley Union School District, Working Alternatives Federal Prisoner Reentry Program, Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, and Full Spectrum Recovery.

I have presented at conferences nationally, including: Northwestern University’s CANS Conference; Child Welfare League of America’s Finding Better Ways Conference; New Orleans’ Terrorism and Psychosocial Preparedness: Impact on Children and Families Meeting; and the American Professional Society on Abuse of Children’s 12th Annual Colloquium.
