Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
My private practice is in Campbell and I am a Past-President of the Santa Clara Valley California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (SCV-CAMFT) chapter. I have volunteered for the Centre for Living with Dying, and offer services for crisis related incidents within the Bay Area. I discovered my love for the art of therapy over 25 years ago while in my own therapy. After a career in the Corporate world in Sales and HR Management, I decided I'd follow my heart back into the therapy setting and build my career where I truly belong. I've continued my own journey of healing and truly feel passionate about my focus of life-long healing while inviting others to heal as well. I have taught at three of the local Universities working with graduate students studying psychology.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
