Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
You can have the life you desire! Healing relationships and self-empowerment are my specialties. My compassionate, interactive style provides you the opportunity to clear away blocks while reconnecting with your authentic self. When you work with me in therapy, you have the chance to explore all aspects of yourself while working towards specific goals. Struggles, frustration, and pain are released and new awareness and joy is achieved. Relationships and work situations improve. Creativity increases. Decisions become easier. Couples reduce conflict, resolve problems, and strengthen intimacy.

I help people struggling with a variety of issues. Some of the most common include relationship issues, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, recent/past trauma, unresolved childhood wounds, and chronic illness.

I’ve led self-esteem/ empowerment and stress management workshops. I recognize the importance of the mind-body connection, and have a life-long interest in spirituality. Let me be your guide and help you to transform your life.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
