Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
The heart and emphasis of my work is to help you know and trust your deepest feelings and to live an emotionally authentic life. When you become more intimate and present with yourself you become more intimate and authentic with others. As you know yourself better, you'll discover how certain emotions, behaviors and beliefs have shaped your life and relationships and you'll become empowered to make many important changes. For close to 20 years, I've helped couples and individuals develop increased self-trust and self-awareness, greater life purpose, and more conscious, loving and intimate relationships. My personal style is warm, interactive and non-judgmental. In a safe, supportive environment, we'll explore your vital concerns through compassionate, engaged self-inquiry. Blending mindfulness practice with an experiential, somatic approach, we'll discover creative, practical ways to help you follow your inner truth and make more meaningful life choices. My areas of specialization include: couples counseling, loss of self in relationships, affairs, conscious communication, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, caregiver burn-out and life transitions. I integrate Western psychology, mindfulness practice, dream work and Hakomi techniques (, into my practice. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment. I invite you to visit my website at:”
