Personal Statement:
I am a holistic psychotherapist in Emeryville, CA (near Oakland and Berkeley). I work with individuals and couples specializing in stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, multicultural and immigrant issues, trauma, sexuality issues, repetitive behavior patterns and more. While combining a variety of modalities, I may explore how your past is impacting your present, explore what is happening in the room, and noticing how your body can be a huge resource to healing. I also am trained in Attachment-based EMDR for both spot trauma and developmental trauma.
