Personal Statement:
Whether you are struggling with a chronic issue that has been troublesome for years, or life has thrown you for a more recent curve, you have come to the right place to to get you through it, and to get through it well! Lauren is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 15 years of experience in the therapy field, focusing on enhancing children and families of many backgrounds. Sessions are approached from a systemic perspective, understanding that each individual is part of, and influenced by, others on numerous levels. Lauren possesses extensive experience in working with symptoms of depression, sadness, anxiety, stress, phobias, attention deficits. In sessions, the entire self is addressed, looking at how your mental well-being and your physical state are connected.
