I offer psychotherapy, creativity coaching, workshops, and wellness education, honoring the mind-body-spirit connection with sensitivity to diverse cultures and beliefs, and each individual’s unique life experience.
I utilize mindfulness-based practices personally and professionally, and sound clinical theory in my work. I have received professional training in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), the Mandala and SoulCollage®, and offer courses in schools, healthcare and private settings.
