Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Loss comes in many forms; death of a loved one, family trauma, end of a relationship or job, a move/loss of home, and health issues. Experiencing grief because of loss can make us turn away just when we need the most support. Reaching out takes courage and I provide a safe and caring space to help clients express complicated emotions, manage anxiety/sleep issues, learn coping skills and practice self-care during these life changing transitions. My passion is dreamwork. Since we all dream, we have access to the wise and healing messages there as well as its transformative possibilities as "good medicine." Because dreams can go to the heart of issues, I use a gentle approach and encourage clients to explore at their own pace.

Are you stressed out? Do you sometimes find yourself snapping at your children? Would you describe your relationship with your husband as “distant”? Or do you feel like you are going to lose it if someone doesn’t give you a break? Being a mother, wife, or daughter can stretch us to our limits. During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s talk and see if I can help you make things “right side up” again.
