Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Are you in a relationship that struggles with chronic conflict that rarely gets resolved amicably? Are communication patterns disrupting your ability to connect and experience intimacy with others? Do you wish you could create a balance between individual and relationship needs? Do old "tapes" from your family of origin keep sending you self-limiting messages that make it hard to change? While some people think of therapy as a "last resort", I believe it can be a powerful resource (a gift) for obtaining greater personal, & relationship happiness and balance. For over 25 years, I have been successful in helping individuals, couples and families deal with a wide range of issues. I have a special interest in providing support to women coping with infertility. I am very knowledgeable about the various treatment options and the emotional roller coaster and isolation one experiences through this difficult process. My focus in couples therapy is in helping you create vision for the relationship you aspire to have, not merely rehash all past mistakes that makes couples feel stuck and frustrated. Call me today and let's get started!!
