Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Integrating both Western and Eastern philosophies, I specialize in taking a holistic standpoint to promote healing. I work with individuals, families, couples, children and teens. I am an integrative therapist, which means I combine different therapies to provide the best care possible. My passions are neuroscience, mindfulness, meditation and yoga. I believe as humans we long to feel happy, healthy and prosperous. The difficulty we face is, a lot can get in the way. When we operate disconnected from our inner wellbeing, we feel lost, unsatisfied, depressed, anxious...the list goes on. My goal is to nurture and witness your journey back to your true essence and to facilitate a process that will lead you to a life of wellness and authenticity. I have spent the last decade of my life committed to learning how to heal our bodies and minds. I take great pride in my training and can offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what unique challenges you or your loved ones are facing. Please call me to schedule a free consultation - I look forward to connecting with you!
