Personal Statement:
My name is Lindy Hewitt, and I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2000. I have a strong background in counseling and emotional literacy, grief counseling, play therapy with children, children in foster and adoptive situations, and individuals in transition. My approach is eclectic and incorporates talk therapy, emotion focused therapy, sand tray, EMDR, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and spiritual healing.
