Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Everybody is unique and no two situations are the same. That's why as a therapist I believe in working with my clients to provide them treatment that best suits not only the situation but the uniqueness of the person. I do not believe in one size fits all, I work with many theories and approaches and strive to employ what best fits each and every client, couple or family. My goal is to help you through those difficult and sometimes painful times and to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve the challenges in your life. By designing and applying the approaches and technique that works best for you, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns and negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Pasadena, CA 91101

I am a Marriage and Family therapist in private practice. I work with individuals, couples, and families in short and long-term psychotherapy. We work together to explore memories of the relational dynamics of the individual’s family, the feelings those dynamics created for the individual as a child, and how the individual now relates to those feelings and memories.
