Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
One of the best things about doing therapy (as well as clinical supervision) is to be a part of a person's growth and development. I work from a strength based model, building on your "best" self while also identifying barriers to change and working through them. I find that people learn differently, and adjust my approach based on what works best for you.
