Personal Statement:
Welcome and thank you for viewing my profile. I provide psychotherapy to individuals, children/teens, families, and groups facing a wide range of challenges. With compassion and understanding I work with you to build upon your strengths and natural resources. Because I believe each of us is unique I use an integration of theoretic approaches in order to create an effective, personalized approach. By providing a comfortable and safe environment I work with you to meet your needs and to attain the personal growth you are striving for. My experience includes working with youth (3-18) and caregivers facing different challenges including but not limited to trauma, fost/adopt, substance abuse, mood/anxiety, developmental/autism spectrum, academic, and behavioral. I have worked with adults with abuse experiences, substance abuse, mood/anxiety, developmental/autism spectrum, trauma, and relationship challenges. I have a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy and am working to become a REAT (Registered Expressive Arts Therapist). I have been trained in Trauma Focused CBT (evidenced based treatment for trauma), trained in Brief Strategic Family Therapy, and am completing training for Trauma Informed Art Therapy certification.

My undergraduate degress is in music performance from Sacramento State University.
