Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I provide counseling to adults and teens for depression, anxiety, trauma, codependency, relationships, life transitions, grief, self esteem, and personal growth. My goal is to help you find balance in your life, develop healthy boundaries, and come to a greater understanding of yourself and others. I believe that learning how to care for yourself is essential. I offer guidance, but focus on helping you uncover your own strengths and unique answers. I have learned that our pain, and our healing, is the greatest source of our wisdom, courage, and compassion.

Featured Therapist

Barbara Witney, MA
Donna Yorke, M.A.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Temecula, CA

I’ve been in private practice in Temecula since 1990. I work with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues, using a straight-forward approach to problem solving. While I listen with empathy, I am an “active” therapist, meaning I make suggestions, give direction and homework to partner with my clients so they can solve their problems in a timely, effective manner.
