Personal Statement:
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with 20 plus years of experience working with adolescents, adults, parents, and families in clinical and educational settings. I provide an integrative approach to psychotherapy, affirming the inherent value within each individual. Regardless of the age of my clients, it is my belief that therapists and clients are partners in the therapeutic process and my overall intention is to provide services that will assist you in reaching your goals.

I welcome clients from early adolescence through later adulthood and work with individuals, parents, families, and groups. In a deeply empathic and caring environment, my goal is to support clients in discovering their inherent values, strengths, and options for a more meaningful and joyful life. I believe that the relationship between the therapist and the client is the most important aspect in creating positive client change; my style is optimistic, interactive, supportive, and nonjudgemental.
