Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I offer strength-based counseling to individuals, couples and families, providing safety and support for the discovery of more fulfilling life experiences. Narrative Therapy works to challenge the influences of such problems as depression, anxiety and fear and to create space for reinvention and new possibilities. I bring particular experience to LGBT counseling, as well as counseling for the arts, helping people to achieve their creative goals. Narrative Counseling Center also offers fees on a sliding scale.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Redding, CA 96001

Approximately half of Dr. Copitch's practice involves children and families. The other half is devoted to individual therapy. And, as Dr. Copitch often jokes, "the third half of my work is devoted to school consultations, business consultations, and corporate trainings."
