Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Does your life feel small and limited? Has worry obscured any last traces of joy? Our work together will focus on widening your comfort zone and cultivating a sense of safety so you can have a life shaped by your desires rather than your fears. I offer interventions that can help you go deeper so you can access your self-compassion and inner wisdom. I believe that you have all of the answers, and we can use our creativity and intuition to unlock these answers and create healing experiences.
