Personal Statement:
I offer individual and couples therapy. I have been deeply involved in the healing arts for over 30 years and continue to have an ever-expanding appreciation for each individual’s unique unfolding body, mind and spirit. I work with you to explore problems and solutions according to your specific and unique values and needs.

I specialize in helping individuals recognize and release emotional conflicts and self limiting patterns. I draw upon many healing modalities that can naturally and gently being to increase self-awareness and self-acceptance. Therapy can assist in making space for reconnecting with the wisdom of your unique, creative, authentic and intuitive self.

I specialize in helping couples communicate more authentically, to sort through what is not working and to find ways to stop repeating destructive patterns. Together we explore ways to create an emotionally fulfilling and balanced relationship, based on mutual support, independence and enhanced intimacy.
