Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
If you or your child need help but you can’t pay too much for therapy session, then I am here for you. I accept Medi-Cal for individual therapy with children younger than 21 years old, and for family sessions, too. I will help you and your child to open “the door” to the life you desire.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy techniques I often use will help you and your family members to control thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Positive Therapy, my other favorite approach, will help you feel more happiness and satisfaction of life, bringing you to a greater success, to better relationships, and even to improvements in physical health.

My clients often tell me that the therapy I provide is like a journey, and I encourage and support them on their way to positive changes. Now is your time to do the first step. Don’t wait. I will help you!

Are you stressed out? Do you sometimes find yourself snapping at your children? Would you describe your relationship with your husband as “distant”? Or do you feel like you are going to lose it if someone doesn’t give you a break? Being a mother, wife, or daughter can stretch us to our limits. During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s talk and see if I can help you make things “right side up” again.
