Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I believe each of us has what it takes to meet life's challenges, but that sometimes the challenges prove overwhelming when extraordinary events occur. You may feel anxous and depressed. It may even be affecting your relationships. I specialize in working with those who are trying to overcome a traumatic event or events that have disrupted their life. My goal is to create a safe place for you to talk about your feelings. If you feel like your life is out of control, please know that it is possible to live with much less pain and suffering. I work collaboratively to help you gain self-knowledge and skills to live a less stressed, more balanced life. By implementing what you learn, positive changes can occur. I am happy to help and look forward to hearing from you.
