Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Do you feel discouraged? Are you dealing with worry, stress, anxiety, depression self-esteem struggles? Could your concern be distraction, unhappiness, transition and/or relationship issues? Guidance in therapy can provide relief for struggles with trauma, loneliness, parenting and/or quality of life issues. Can you envision yourself opening doors to increase comfort? The sense of wanting change can lead to solutions.
My goal is to provide a respectful and safe place to set goals. Specific techniques develop understanding and possible new ways for coping. Each person's struggle is unique. I have supervised interns and worked in both nonprofit and private practice

Together we will set goals and discuss ways to reach them. My practice experience includes providing Clinical Supervision for a Domestic Violence Agency, Clinical Services and Supervision at a Family Service Agency, Critical Incident Debriefings, work with Employee Assistance Programs, and providing therapy at a Child/Adolescent Residential Setting. My private practice included consultation for skilled nursing and senior independent living and presentations to groups and corporate workers.
I look forward to our work together.
