Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Thank you for checking out my provider profile.

My focus in on providing gentle healing for heart and soul. Here are two reasons why I might be the therapist to help you heal emotional wounds and resolve difficult issues in your life.

1. I have worked in the mental health field for more than 20 years, in private practice and in clinical settings with adults, adolescents, children and families.

My approach is influenced by my own personal experience as a therapy client. I’ve been there. I know how difficult it is to talk to a stranger about problems, fears, shame, history of abuse etc.

2. I have deep respect for each individual who enters my office. I believe I must earn each person’s respect in return.

I welcome you questions and look forward to working with you.
