Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Life is full of surprise stories, some filled with joy, and some filled with challenge. Processing these life events stories could be exciting but also confusing, fearful and at time it could also cause us to shut down. I would love to help you explore your story in a safe, relaxed environment where you can sit back and take hold of the opportunity that your story might be bringing about.

For the past ten years, I have worked with children, adults, couples, and families in the context of brief therapy. I am bilingual (English/Spanish), and having been born and raised in South America, I have a genuine understanding of cultural issues. My goal is to help my clients to deeply grasp their stories, as an avenue to become enriched with a more balanced understanding of their individual emotional make-up.

If you have a story to tell, please feel free to contact me at 831.210.1595.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
