Personal Statement:
I offer psychotherapy services for depression, anxiety, relationship issues, problems with self-esteem, grief and loss, aging, family transitions, trauma, and personal growth. I enjoy working with people who want to function with greater health, awareness and creativity and who need understanding and help through difficult challenges and transitions. I offer both brief therapy from a Cognitive Behavioral perspective, and longer-term therapy, from a contemporary psychoanalytic perspective.
