Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Life experiences can hurt and hinder our ability to function well and live to our fullest potential. At times, life may even seem too difficult or unmanageable. I provide a safe environment where we will work together to explore and address the issues that you bring to therapy. By provide an open, compassionate, caring atmosphere where you can explore feelings and get to the root of issues, a path of healing and change emerges. I am a guide on that path as you become who you are meant to be and restore your life bringing the peace and happiness that is possible. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in working with children, adolescents, and individuals. A have a separate area for play therapy to aid children and teens in processing their emotions. I utilize play, art, and sand to create a dynamic approach to support change. I work with childhood trauma, anxiety, phobias, depression, anger, grief and loss, divorce, and adult children of alcoholics.
