Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
How do we adjust to loss when life throws us a curve ball? How do we navigate changes with grace? How can we minimize the amount we let our fears to hold us back? Sometimes we think that our lives would be better if only we had a better job, a bigger home, a more cooperative spouse. But what if we could improve the way we think and feel about our lives, even before our external circumstances change? Let's work together to identify what's getting in the way of feeling joy in the present moment and enlist your strengths to make the most of your relationships, personally and professionally. I see my role as providing a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to explore what is most authentic for you. I work in a collaborative manner to aid you in expanding the flexibility in the way you think, feel, and act. Together, we can broaden your perspective and illuminate new options.

Are you stressed out? Do you sometimes find yourself snapping at your children? Would you describe your relationship with your husband as “distant”? Or do you feel like you are going to lose it if someone doesn’t give you a break? Being a mother, wife, or daughter can stretch us to our limits. During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s talk and see if I can help you make things “right side up” again.
