Personal Statement:
Life can be quite challenging and frustrating at times. I am a very caring and supportive psychotherapist who works with individual adult clients. I help develop self-awareness and inner strength so you can find answers to your struggles and awaken your unfulfilled potential. People who work with me report that I have a warm, intelligent and down to earth, positive style of relating. l listen well and I give feedback in a conversational way. In addition, I have several other ways of working that can potentially accelerate how quickly you achieve your goals. I welcome you to work with me.

Monday-8am to 1pm, Wednesday-7am to 7pm, Thursday-7am to 4pm, Friday-8am to 1pm.
