Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Have you just found out you have cancer? Has a loved one been diagnosed with a life threatening illness? Is fear, disbelief, shame or anger a constant companion? Did you or a loved one over-drink one more time? Let me help you release the grip of suffering and rediscover your wisdom, truth and joy. I love working with individuals and couples to reduce or eliminate the suffering caused by personal or family health challenges, relationship difficulties, addiction/substance abuse, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, the effects of childhood abuse, and life transitions. I am especially interested in working with individuals and families living with cancer or other life threatening illnesses.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
