Personal Statement:
By exploring both your past and present experiences, my goal as a therapist is to work with you to help you understand and overcome the obstacles that are getting in the way of you becoming your authentic self and living a more satisfying and complete life. Whether you are feeling depressed, overly anxious, having problems in your relationship or are just feeling stuck and don’t know why, I will provide a comfortable, supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can begin to feel safe and talk about what is troubling you.
