Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Psychotherapy is a gift we give to ourselves. That hour per week we set aside to explore our inner worlds – our thoughts, our emotions, and our sensations – and get some relief, heal, integrate, and grow. It is an honor for me to share that hour with you, to accompany you, to witness you, and to discover with you. I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, addictions, relationship issues, life transitions, and a variety of other psychological concerns. My style is collaborative, curious, and accepting; incorporating a number of different therapeutic approaches so I can adapt to your individual personality, wants, and needs.
