Personal Statement:
Life sometimes hands us challenges that can feel overwhelming: job stress, relationship problems, parenting troubles, anxiety, depression. Do you want to learn better communication skills and improve your relationship? Do you need help with parenting issues? Could you use some new skills for coping with stress and anxiety? Do you want to overcome your discouraging thoughts so that you can move forward in life? Help is available! Come talk through your issues with someone who can understand and can help you find effective solutions. If you happen to call while I am in session with a client, I will not be able to answer. 10:30 am to 7:30 pm Monday to Thursday, and 10:30 am to 4:30 pm Saturday
