Personal Statement:
I like to view my clients as being the experts of their own situation. I want to assist and guide my clients in whichever way we deem necessary to maximize the benefit of our goals together. I feel honored and privileged to be a part of my client's lives. I like to work from a collaborative approach and make sure my client's needs are being addressed. I believe in working from a nonjudgmental, honest, here-and-now approach. I borrow theories from a wide range of orientations, including humanistic, existential/gestalt, psychodynamic, and cognitive/behavioral.
