Personal Statement:
My first and most important task is to develop a trusting relationship with you as my client. I work collaboratively with you to deepen your awareness about current and/or life long issues and patterns. My style is warm, empathic, non-judgmental, and interactive.

I work with individuals and couples on a wide range of issues including, and not limited to; relationship issues, self-esteem, life changes, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and health. I listen, guide and empower as you gain insight and seek alternative ways to understand and react to life’s challenges.

I bring a rich background of diverse education and life experiences to my work.
