Personal Statement:
At times in all our lives we experience change, loss, and life transitions that affect our feelings, behaviors, well being and balance. My role as a therapist is to work together with you to address those stressors, reduce emotionally charged memories and restore wholeness within yourself and your relationships. This is achievable by working together in therapy and processing experiences that are important specifically to you. My therapy practice serves individuals, teens/children and families.

My areas of specialties include anxiety/depression, trauma/PTSD, separation/divorce, relationship issues, pregnancy issues, parenting issues addressing all stages, grief/loss and abuse issues . I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral-Trauma Focused, Experiential, Somatic and Psychodynamic therapies. I am currently training in EMDR therapy within a EMDRIA certified program.
