Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
People having difficulty with: relationships, work/career, self image, parenting, addiction. People are facing issues that were unimaginable years ago: the stress of abundance; expectations of success on multiple levels in partnership/marriage, parenting, career responsibilities and social relationships. We can feel burdened, overwhelmed and unprepared to enjoy our good life. Feeling angry and upset at the people you love the most can make you feel even worse. By learning more effective ways to communicate, resolve conflict and connect to yourself, you can evolve from feeling overwhelmed and victimized by your own success to experiencing daily satisfaction and gratitude. Learn how live, love and laugh with abundance and leave the negative feelings behind. I hold a safe, empathetic, informed, warm and friendly place for people to gain the understanding that modern living can be difficult, and finding a healthy and happy life balance is possible. It is my honor to help you be and feel your best. Call me at 510-649-5911 today and let's get started.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
