Personal Statement:
The core of my work is helping people stop "the war within." Helping people develop greater compassion for themselves and acceptance for themselves. My approach is eclectic; my aim is to get the results that the client seeks. I'm interested in therapy being a transformative experience for the client. Together, my client and I form a supportive relationship in order to foster the changes in the client's life that he or she desires.

I provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. I work with adults and adolescents and people of diverse sexual, gender and ethnic identity. I work with people with a variety of issues, including depression and anxiety, addictions, life transitions, and relationship counseling. I have offices in both San Francisco and Berkeley, CA. Both offices are located near public transportation and have ample parking.
