Personal Statement:
Hello - I am an LMFT who enjoys working with tween/teen boys, men, couples and families helping them find the strength they have to work through challenging life issues presenting presently. I work with a variety of experiential and psychodynamic approaches as well as can employ ACT, EMDR and EFT therapies to help you or you and your loved ones connect better to yourself and each other. I have a lower than normal fee for the greater Sacramento area. As well, I do have a sliding scale. I also work with MFT Interns & MFT Trainees so I can you even more affordable counseling as needed.
